Warranty

STORHM products include a standard 1-year Limited Warranty. 

SCOPE OF LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Mo-Link Technology Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

If required, Mo-Link Technology Limited will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

DURATION OF WARRANTY

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Mo-Link Technology Limited is 365 from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from the defects in material or workmanship.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any condition resulting from other than ordinary consumer use or any use for which the Product was not intended for. Furthermore, this Limited Warranty does not include any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care; or any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.

Mo-Link Technology Limited makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and Mo-Link Technology Limited expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. To the extend allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside of the United States, Mo-Link Technology Limited disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products.

In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser
